RawGrow® only sells products in perfect condition. If, in the rare case, you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team at info@rawgrowfruits.com within 14 days of purchase and have the following details ready:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email).
- A photo of the product showing the issue (if it arrived damaged, melted, or otherwise not edible).
Our team will review the case and offer options for a replacement or store credit. All replacement shipping costs are covered by us.
If a return is required, you will be responsible for sending the product back to us. However, we’ll cover the cost of resending any replacement.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you’ll need to send it to our Dubai warehouse.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider — it may take time for the refund to appear.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
